If you were to ask me for the perfect words to describe what I am about both personally and professionally, I would give you: connection, conversation, ideas and action. After a decade spent working in the field of Employment Counselling and Training and Development, I am happiest when all cylinders are firing. Whether my role is as a workplace facilitator, career coach or recruiter my goal is to create innovative work environments led and staffed by the very best people. For me professionally, nothing is more rewarding than successfully connecting people to meaningful work and workplaces they will thrive in. Throughout my career I have coached and recruited for all levels of business professionals from entry level to the C-suite.
I have dedicated the past twenty years to a diverse education and work experience. I began with a BA from the University of Victoria. I went on to complete my RRP (Registered Rehabilitation Professional) and an International Coaching Federation (ICF) approved coaching certification training and my ACC (Associate Certified Coach) designation. I also have my CCDP (Career Development Practitioner) designation. I have been a trainer and human resource facilitator for over 30 different local and international organizations and I currently own and operate Possibilities Training and Coaching Group.
I am actively involved in my community in a range of volunteer positions and, thanks to my daughters, know all the best playgrounds in town.
