You don’t have to go far to find an Inc.com or Forbes.com business article that extolls the benefits of reading to improve your leadership, communication or management skills. You also don’t have to go far to find articles that say that you should ditch the business book and read something different from the norm to generate better ideas. The point being…reading is a good thing!

If you have ever wondered how to move from a culture of entitlement to a culture of appreciation, this is a fabulous tool to help you get there. As a certified trainer in the 5 Languages, this is a tool that we strongly believe in at Engaged!
If you, or a member of your team, can relate to being an introvert, then this book is for you. Validating the role of introverts in the world, this book plays the role of quiet revolutionary very well!
