In course of time, I have realized that what I enjoy the most in my job is networking with top talent, building long-term professional relationships, deploying creative talent searches online, incentivizing people to provide strong referrals and leading full-cycle domestic & international recruitment drives.

I have worked with various senior-level executives in industries including Banking & Financial Institutions, Education, Hospitality and Retail across Canada, USA, UAE and India.
I hold an MBA in Human Resource Management, and in 2021 I received the highly coveted Chartered Professional in Human Resources (CPHR) designation.
In my spare time, I love to see the world from my little one’s perspective and sometimes bake French desserts as well. I’m a professional pastry chef trained in the dessert capital of the world, Paris. In pre-covid era, I used to love travelling around the world with my husband & I hope our quest to explore the world will revive soon!
