I am a Camosun College graduate with a degree in Human Resource Management & Leadership, and have been working in the HR field for the past 5 years. I am also steadily working towards achieving my CPHR designation.
I have a strong passion and drive for providing support for the continual development of diverse organizations. I am especially motivated by sustainable human resource management, training & development, and HR compliance. I approach everything with positivity, creativity, and resourcefulness. I believe there is nothing that a collaborative team cannot do!
As the People and Culture Advisor at Engaged HR, I am responsible for an array of administrative and project support for both my team and clients. I enjoy being at the forefront of a leading organization in the ever-evolving, dynamic, and exciting world of human resources, assisting Engaged HR in making a positive impact in our communities.
When not working, I enjoy getting outside for a hike or exploring a new beach and spending time with friends and family!
