I graduated with a Post Degree Diploma in Human Resources Management from Camosun College after finishing their program in December of 2019, but my career with Engaged HR started earlier that year while I was still finishing classes. I am currently working towards achieving the necessary experience requirement to obtain my CPHR designation and I am learning quite a bit along the way.
As the Talent Acquisition Services Team Lead at Engaged HR I work hard to satisfy the complex hiring needs of our various clients and smoothing out our own internal process at Engaged. I really enjoy learning about the different ways that organizations function and assisting our clients in achieving their business goals.
Human Resources is such a vast field that I am just beginning to get my feet wet in, but I absolutely love what I do and I am continuing to fine tune my skills everyday with the help of so many hardworking and talented professionals on the Engaged HR team.
When I am not in the office, you can usually find me out and about. I love staying active by playing sports, going hiking, and by kayaking. I also love travelling, trying out new things to eat, and spending time with friends and family.
