Alleta Newnham
I have always enjoyed supporting others and building relationships. Overtime, I recognized that HR was the best path for me to put this passion of helping others to good use in a career that I truly enjoy.
My previous experience in industries such as health care, tourism & hospitality, and technology make my role as a Recruitment Coordinator a perfect fit. In this role I am able to lean on my strengths of relationship building and finding the common ground between the clients needs and the needs of the candidates, creating a space that is beneficial for both and provides shared growth opportunities.
When I am not at work I can usually be found outdoors going for walks or hikes. Though, on a rainy day I am always up for a board game night with friends and family or sitting in a cozy chair with a cup of tea and a good book.
