Over the past 15+ years, I have had the privilege of working in a wide variety of industries such as consumer goods, consulting, tech, and construction. I have worked in multiple facets of Human Resources such as Compensation, Recruitment, Talent Management, HRIS, Health & Safety, and more. I also operated, and eventually sold, my own business which allowed me to understand the world of entrepreneurship. Throughout these experiences I have learned the importance of creating bespoke solutions that solve each client’s unique needs depending on their size and business life cycle. Being able to combine high-level strategic work with project management is one of the main reasons I enjoy consulting work so much.
Over time, I have completed degrees in Organizational Psychology, Human Resources as well as specialized training in Compensation, which is a passion of mine! In addition to this I hold the Chartered Professional in Human Resources (CPHR) designation.
In my spare time, whatever is left after chasing my little son around the house, I love going for long runs and decorating fondant cakes.
