I am a recent graduate from Camosun College, where I received my degree in Business Administration majoring in Human Resource Management and Leadership. I am also currently working towards obtaining my CPHR designation. During my educational journey, I found a passion for the importance of building strong relationships within an organization to help facilitate a positive and inclusive culture. With the right amount of trust and support, I believe that a team’s innovation and productivity abilities are endless. My role as People Ops Coordinator allows me to combine my experience and skills to provide support to the Engaged HR team and clients.
