Born in 2011 out of a passion for creating a different kind of workplace, Engaged is an award-winning Victoria, BC-based consulting firm specializing in workplace transformation for organizations of all sizes across Vancouver Island, BC, and Canada.

Engaged is committed to promoting Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging (DEIB), ensuring our policies, practices, and systems are free of barriers, emphasize the value of diversity, and promote full participation to ensure dignity, respect, and equal access for all employees. Through our processes and practices, we consistently work to eliminate barriers to employment for people who are underrepresented in Canada’s workforce.
Guided by our employee-led DEIB committee, we focus on a new theme every quarter to encourage resource-sharing, dialogue, and integration of DEIB-related topics into everything we do. Recent themes and discussion topics have included disability and accessibility, anti-oppression, unconscious bias, and best practices for starting a culture committee.

Engaged for Good Days.
Our team is invested in their community, and we support that! All Engaged team members receive one paid day off each year to volunteer in their community of choice. Engaged for Good Days give our team the time and energy to put towards a cause they are personally passionate about.
