About Engaged for Good™.

At Engaged, we created the Engaged for Good™ Program to give back to the non-profit organizations that give so much to the communities they serve. We know that great organizations sometimes must make the difficult choice to prioritize services to their clients over support to their teams. Engaged for Good allows us to provide a non-profit organization with pro bono HR services to help them transform their workplace.

Initially created to provide pro bono HR services, over the course of the pandemic we evolved the program to offer a full scholarship for The Art of HR certificate program to non-profit sector employees. It is our way to ensure that these organizations have the right HR skills on their teams to transform their workplaces.

Heading into 2026, we are excited to again offer pro bono HR services to a non-profit organization through our contest. Whether it be a recruitment strategy to compete in today’s labour market, a compensation review to navigate pay transparency laws, a modernized employee handbook, or a shiny new performance management framework, we got you!

Non-profit and charitable organization are eligible for the draw.
Quebec-based organizations are not eligible at this time.
