Alina Constantin, CPHR, SHRM-SCP, PCP, CIPD

Alina is an accomplished professional with both a Bachelor’s and a Master’s degree in Communication Sciences, specializing in Human Resources. She further honed her skills with a Human Resources Management Certificate from the British Columbia Institute of Technology (BCIT). Her commitment to continuous learning is evident through her prestigious certifications, including CPHR, SHRM-SCP, PCP, and CIPD.

Currently pursuing a PhD in Organizational Development and Transformation, Alina’s passion for learning extends into her professional life as well. Her extensive experience covers key areas of HR leadership, including employee engagement, retention, recruitment, payroll management, and performance management. She’s also well-versed in Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) regulations, further strengthening her leadership capabilities.
