I believe that challenges and being challenged are integral to human growth and development.
Annika views challenges as essential stepping stones for personal growth and development. She believes that work, much like relationships, serves as a primary avenue for these challenges, pushing individuals to reach their full potential and helping shape their identities. For her, work transcends the conventional—it is a pathway to clarity and purpose. Moreover, she values the workplace as a source of community, inspiration, and connection, enriching both her life and those around her.
At Engaged, Annika aid individuals in developing self-confidence and essential mental skills, particularly valuable in high-pressure environments such as sports and business sectors. Annika’s passion for exploration is evident in her enthusiasm for travel. Always planning her next adventure, she seeks new experiences and cultures to immerse herself in. Her keen interest in equestrian sports is complemented by a fascination with animal behavior science, which enhances her understanding of how horses learn and interact. Additionally, her profound interest in human behavior and psychology continually draws her to the neuroscience underpinning our lives, eager to unravel the complexities of the human mind.
