Celine Jacobs

Celine’s academic background is highlighted by a Master’s degree in Business Administration, specializing in Professional Training Strategy, along with a Bachelor’s degree in Social and Solidarity Economy activities. She is deeply passionate about education and has actively pursued various continuous learning opportunities, particularly in Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion (EDI).

Early in her career, Celine embraced the joys of teamwork and shared responsibilities through volunteering as an animator for children’s outdoor and camping activities. Her university experience included internships at non-profit and public-oriented organizations, where she developed projects aimed at facilitating secure workforce integration. Celine views her career as a chance to contribute to others’ professional journeys, enhancing their growth and success.

With a career spanning various industries, Celine started as an Employment Advisor, later advancing to roles such as Training Coordinator and Advisor for specific professional sectors. In every position, she has supported HR, employment, and learning initiatives to ensure secure workforce integration and adherence to exemplary HR practices.

Celine has also excelled in coordination roles, providing guidance to clients and companies in developing their training needs and plans. She has managed numerous training and employment projects, coordinating with companies, public, and local partners. Her expertise encompasses guiding training needs and budgets in accordance with regulations and collective agreements, and she has developed and coordinated training programs from scope identification to quality assurance and assessments.

Most recently, Celine served as a Staffing Consultant, where she assisted clients with their recruitment needs through a tailored and timely approach, always upholding best practices and processes. She is now looking forward to leveraging her extensive skill set in an HR Generalist role to meet the diverse needs of Engaged’s clients.

Celine believes in the excitement of exploring unconventional paths; seeing detours and roundabouts as opportunities to learn, explore, step out of comfort zones, discover new resources, grow, and sometimes, even change direction.
