Devin Leung

Devin embarked on his educational journey at Camosun College in 2016, where he honed his skills in the Office Administration program, mastering the art of creating professional documents and thriving in a professional environment. Driven by a thirst for knowledge, he pursued further studies in Business Administration with a focus on Human Resources, earning his bachelor’s degree in 2022.

Joining Engaged in September 2021 as a People Ops Coordinator, Devin quickly made his mark by leveraging his document expertise to update employee forms and support clients with recruitment initiatives. Known as an administrative wizard, he excels in perfecting processes, managing employee health programs, and handling day-to-day HR requests and inquiries. Devin has supported in numerous survey projects, including engagement surveys and 360 Executive reviews, and has contributed to creating Respective Workplace videos and quizzes, supporting in the documentation processes for these projects and a seamless client experience.

As a People & Culture Advisor, Devin assists clients in mastering their internal processes, supports new employees with a smooth and positive onboarding and orientation experience, and advises on best practices and company policies. His focus has been supporting non-profit housing societies and Indigenous organizations.

Devin brings a warm and lively atmosphere to any meeting, ensuring that work is both productive and enjoyable. Outside of work, he loves to hit the dance floor, practicing hip hop, jazz, and occasionally stumbling in his stylish yet sensible high heels. A fan of binge-watching new series and re-watching beloved shows and movies, Devin’s favourites include fantasy series like Buffy and Harry Potter, and he’s always ready to nerd out about anything Marvel-related.
